MedAssure provides practical RACGP accreditation preparation for Australian general practices. We build the documentation, evidence systems and registers your practice needs, organise them properly, and give your team a clear checklist for the parts only the practice can complete. Less pressure on your practice manager, and a clearer path to survey day.
Why MedAssure Exists
Accreditation is a whole-of-practice standard, but in most practices the preparation lands on one desk: the practice manager’s. Interpreting the Standards, chasing evidence, updating policies and preparing the team, all on top of running the practice day to day.
MedAssure exists to take that load on. We prepare the practice-specific policies, registers, quality improvement systems and evidence your practice needs for RACGP 5th Edition assessment, organise it all properly and identify gaps early.
Your practice stays in control. You review and approve everything, and your team receives a short, precise checklist for the parts only the practice can complete, such as staff sign-off, training and final setup.
You keep running the practice. We handle the preparation. That is the whole idea.
What MedAssure Takes Off Your Plate
About the Founder
MedAssure was founded by Ben to give general practices clearer, more practical support through RACGP accreditation.
Ben has hands-on experience supporting accreditation preparation in general practice settings, across policies, evidence organisation, registers, staff documentation and readiness activities. He has seen where the pressure usually lands: on practice managers preparing for survey while still running the clinic.
That experience shapes the model. MedAssure prepares the documentation and evidence in the background, mapped against the RACGP 5th Edition Standards and relevant infection prevention and control requirements, then hands the practice a clear checklist for the items only the clinic can complete.
Ben holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, majoring in Business Analytics and Management, which underpins MedAssure’s structured, systems-based approach to accreditation and compliance.

How We Work
Three commitments that shape every MedAssure engagement.
Your practice completes a short onboarding form, then MedAssure works in the background: preparing documents, building registers and organising evidence. You review and approve everything, and your team implements from a short, precise checklist.
Scope is agreed up front and the fee is fixed before any work begins. There is no hourly meter and no surprise costs partway through. You know exactly what is included from day one.
Everything is prepared against the RACGP Standards for general practices (5th edition) and the RACGP Infection Prevention and Control Guidelines, and organised the way evidence is actually reviewed at survey.
